Absolutely not! The academy program is designed so that a player of any skill level can join and have fun. Therefore, a player with “No Football” experience, or some “House League” and/or “REP” experiences is welcomed.

Each player will go through a tryout period, so the staff can assess his potential and the way we can assist in his development.

Avenir Élite Football Académie offers players an all-year around program composed of 2 seasons. The Fall/Winter session starts from the beginning of October to the end of May and the Summer session starts from the beginning of June to the end of September.

Each youth player should come to practice and games prepared to play. Team practice and game uniform including shin guards and the appropriate football shoes are mandatory for all players. Each player should also bring his water bottle and dress in accordance to the weather conditions.

Yes absolutely, Avenir Élite Football Académie wants to create a family/community, and parents involvement is an essential component to our program success. In addition to coaches and assistant coaches, the program may require team coordinators, and others willing to assist our growth in any way or shape. Prior football experience is not required.

All Avenir Élite Football Académie youth players can purchase a practice uniform as part of their enrolment package. Game Uniforms will be available for purchase at Avenir Élite Football Académie as part of their league team enrolment package.

Each youth player should have 2 pairs of soccer shoes: 1 pair of indoor soccer shoes for gymnasium/indoor practices and 1 pair of turf/grass cleats for outdoor practices and games.

As per the Canadian Soccer Association “Rules and Regulations” of October 1st 2014 : “A player may be registered to play in any Age Division, provided he did not reach the mentioned group age before January 1st of the calendar year of registration”. (www.canadasoccer.com)
